Dina’s interest in the field of education began while working with truant students in a Philadelphia public school. Witnessing firsthand how access to quality education could transform lives, she became passionate about empowering students and changing their trajectories.
For over 30 years, she has remained committed to identifying effective methods and techniques that help students succeed by building on their individual strengths. At the ERG, Dina values the organization’s unique approach to individualized coaching, which helps students uncover their potential through targeted strategies and personalized support. Her primary role at the ERG is to conduct initial consultations with parents and students and to help design customized programs that meet each student's unique needs.
With 32 years of professional experience in education, she brings a wealth of knowledge in addressing a wide range of student challenges. She has extensive experience supporting students with 504 plans and IEPs, as well as those with executive functioning difficulties. Additionally, she has successfully coached teachers to support their students better and foster academic success. Colleagues describe her as dedicated, dependable, and supportive.
In the summer, she enjoys traveling to Greece to visit her family.
