8. Payment Terms
8.1 Fees and Payment You agree to pay all fees associated with selected Services. We accept credit cards, health savings accounts, and approved insurance providers.
8.2 Registration and Administrative Fees A non-refundable registration fee is required at enrollment. Additional case management fees may apply for services not covered by regular session fees or insurance.
8.3 Self-Pay Clients
For clients choosing our self-pay option, we maintain clear financial policies to ensure transparency. Payment is required in full at the time each service is rendered, with no exceptions, to maintain continuity of care. For those selecting multi-session packages or program enrollments, the entire fee must be paid upfront before the commencement of services to secure your place in the program. We accept various convenient payment methods including all major credit and debit cards, as well as qualified Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for eligible services. Please note that our service rates are subject to periodic review and may change with 30 days' advance notice to accommodate market conditions and operational costs. The contracts signed prior to program enrollment will contain all the payment information, and website content may not be up to date.
8.4 Insurance Payment Terms
We accept a select range of insurance plans for certain eligible services, though coverage varies significantly between providers and policies. It is your responsibility to verify your specific benefits and coverage limitations before receiving services to avoid unexpected financial obligations. As an insurance client, you accept responsibility for several critical aspects of the payment process, including: thoroughly understanding your coverage details and limitations for mental health and educational services; obtaining any required pre-authorizations or referrals before beginning treatment; paying all applicable copayments, coinsurance amounts, and deductibles as determined by your insurance plan at the time of service; recognizing and planning for any session limitations imposed by your insurance company; assuming financial responsibility for any services that are ultimately denied by your insurance provider regardless of initial coverage verification; and promptly notifying our office of any changes to your insurance coverage or policy to prevent billing complications. It's important to understand that many of our specialized educational services and certain types of assessments may not be covered by standard insurance plans, requiring out-of-pocket payment
8.5 Billing and Automatic Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date (for any applicable service).
8.6 Price Changes We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
8.7 Cancellation, No-Show, and Refund Policy
Fees may apply for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows. Services rendered and registration fees are non-refundable. Outstanding balances may result in service suspension or collections after 90 days.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use such content in connection with providing Services.
10. Telehealth Services
Some Services may be provided via telehealth technologies, which involve electronic communications between providers and clients at different locations.
Benefits include improved access to care, convenience, and continuity. Risks include technical difficulties, interruptions, unauthorized access, and limited emergency response.
You are responsible for ensuring the necessary equipment and internet connection. Not all insurance plans cover telehealth services, and you are responsible for verifying coverage.
11. Special Provisions for Services to Minors

Communication about a minor's services will be directed to the parent/guardian unless otherwise required by law. The consenting parent/guardian is financially responsible for all fees regardless of custody arrangements, unless a court order specifies otherwise.
12. Termination
Self-pay educational clients must provide 30 days' notice for termination. Medical service clients may terminate by emailing administrative staff. We may terminate your access immediately for any reason, including Terms breach.
