Allison brings a rich blend of experience, creativity, and passion to her role as Program Director at The Educational Resource Group (The ERG). With a history of service at The ERG that spans several key roles - including CogFit Trainer, EF Coach, Case Manager, and Center Director - Allison’s commitment to students and their families is longstanding and wholehearted.  

Allison holds degrees from Berklee and UMD’s global campus, with studies spanning English, Psychology, Writing, Music, and Business. Beyond her time with The ERG, Allison has worked with kids in multiple capacities, including stage-managing children’s theater, working on church mission projects, and helping publish child-centered music and literature. Allison considers herself a lifelong learner and finds joy in helping kids grow and thrive by creating meaningful, individualized support for every student she serves.

In her spare time, Allison loves spending time in nature, hiking and camping, reading classic literature, writing original songs, and engaging in lively, good-natured discourse on topics ranging from critical theory to pop culture.
