I became interested in the field of education while working with truancy students in a Philadelphia public school. When I became aware I could empower and change their trajectory of their lives with good education, I became passionate about the field. For 30 years, it has been my mission to be persistent in finding methods and techniques that work for students, identifying their strengths to help them succeed.  

The ERG has a unique approach to provide students individual coaching to uncover their potential by applying targeted strategies.  

My primary role in the company is to provide initial consultation with parents and students and to develop a program to address their unique needs. In summers, I love to travel to Greece to see my family.

I have a wealth of 32 years of professional experience in education addressing a variety of student issues and challenges. I have an extensive background in working with students with 504s and IEPs, as well as executive functioning. I have been able to develop and coach teachers to help support their students to achieve success.
