Sumitha is deeply committed to helping children thrive both academically and personally—a mission that reflects both her professional goals and personal passion. She oversees all center operations, with a primary focus on designing and delivering programs that empower students to succeed, while also managing billing and technology integration.

She holds dual master’s degrees in Electrical and Computer Science Engineering and brings a unique blend of corporate and academic experience to The ERG. Sumitha spent six years at ARM Inc. as a Smart Chip Design and Verification Engineer and previously worked as a technical trainer and curriculum developer at the University of Washington. Education and mentorship have always been close to her heart, and she feels deeply connected to these fields.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring spiritual psychology and leading education and environmental care initiatives through nonprofit organizations in Maryland.
